Congress fees

Regular fee：60,000 JPY
Early bird fee (until 31/05/2026)： 50,000 JPY
JIRRA members fee：45,000 JPY
Students fee*：30,000 JPY
Study Tour on September 7（Monday）**：15,000 JPY

* Proof of Students status must be provided and submitted to ilera-2026asia-info@tkp.jp
** Limited to the first 35 applicants.
Deadline for registration of presenters: 30/06/2026
The registration form is scheduled to open in early March.


Included in Congress fee

Congress fees include access to all sessions on all congress days (3-5 September 2026),
light meal（Lunch）for 4 September and 5 September, and tea/coffee breaks.

Light meal（Lunch）is available on the second and the third day from 12:30 to 14:30.

The conference fee also includes entry to the Cocktail Reception on 3 September 2026.
Drinks and food will be served at the reception.

You must wear your name badge, which will be provided to you when you arrive at the congress, to access all sessions, including the Cocktail Reception and light meal（Lunch）.


Included in the Study Tour fee

The Study Tour fee includes the chartered bus, guide and interpreter services, the training facility visit, and the In-flight Meal Experience.
The current Study Tour program is as follows.
7 September (Monday)
Study Tour (limited to the first 35 applicants)
09:30–12:00Visit to ANA Group’s Training Center
12:00–In-flight Meal Experience (Economy Class Meal Tray)
Standard meals will be provided. If you require a special meal, please refer to the website（here）and select your preferred option when you register.
（※）Please note that Sunday, 6 September, is designated as an optional excursion day, and participants are responsible for their own expenses.
You may choose any tour you like from the tour options available on the website（here）.

Cancellation policy

The registration of participation is considered firm and binding.
We regret that no refund can be made for any cancellation.
Participation is not guaranteed until full payment of the registration fee is received.
